Project roadmap
We are at the starting point and already moving toward our goal. Here is what we are doing now and what we are planning for the near future.
What we are doing during our fieldwork trip to Vietnam (right now)
Negotiations with institutional partners
We are holding meetings with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Vietnam Women’s Union to conclude strategic cooperation agreements. The goal is to formalise the partnership and gain access to their infrastructure.
Agreements with logistics operators
We are discussing delivery, warehousing, and customs clearance terms with Gemadept and Transimex. It is important for us to secure competitive rates and reliability guarantees for our suppliers.
Signing agreements with digital agencies
We are searching for and selecting 3–5 local agencies to help us with marketing, translation, and promotion in the Vietnamese market. We are signing letters of intent.
Developing the pilot launch roadmap
Based on the negotiations, we will draw up a detailed pilot-launch plan with 10–15 brands, including specific timelines, budget, and the people responsible.
Stages after the fieldwork trip
- 3–6 months
Preparation
Launching the pilot accelerator with the first participants. Opening the showroom in Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City and signing lease agreements. Building the on-the-ground team.
- 6–12 months
Launch
The trading house “Russian Style” begins operating. First sales on marketplaces. Gathering feedback and adjusting processes.
- 1–3 years
Scaling
Expanding the assortment to 500 SKUs. Entering the markets of Thailand, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian countries. Launching ongoing acceleration cohorts.
- 3+ years
Launching the reverse direction
Reversing the model: a “Russia Ready” accelerator for Vietnamese brands preparing to enter Wildberries, Ozon, and Yandex Market; a showroom and coworking space in Moscow showcasing Vietnamese goods and hosting meetings with Russian buyers; a “Vietnamese Style” trading house purchasing Vietnamese goods wholesale and selling through Russian marketplaces. Metrics and timelines will be refined based on the results of the Vietnam → Russia pilot.
We are moving step by step, minimising risks and using pilot launches to test our hypotheses. Our goal is to reach a stable revenue of ₽200 million by the end of the third year and to create a sustainable channel for exporting Russian women-led brands to Asia.
